Sorry so long since my last post
I have been working on shows and order. I am just about done with the last order of the holiday season. I will be starting new projects in the next few days. So keep a eye out for new stuff coming out for next season. I will also be working on a new website also in December with new product just for the store.

Wednesday 9/22/10 up dates
I will be down at the Sutherlins Farmers Market at 2pm to day we will begging until 6pm. I just finished up about 25 new cards. Sorry no time for photos. Will up date more later this weekend.

Will not bee in Oakland this weekend
We will not be in Oakland this weekend but will be back there on the 28 of August. I will be working all weekend on some new product. If there is anything you would like to see please let me know I will try to get it done before Saturday.

Ok So i did not have a chances to up date you on Tuesday for the Sutherlins Farmers Mark. The Good news is we now have the four farmer out with many grate Fruits and Veggies. The Sutherlin Farmers Market is finally starting to pick up . So if you have been there in the passed please stop by again.
So it has been a busy two week for me since we where in Oakland last time. I have some new 3-D Snowflakes, quilled wreaths ornaments, Bead Candy Cane Ornaments, nine new cards, and two red hat pin for the Red Hat ladies

Oakland Open Air Market
The Scrap Studio was out last Saturday at the Oakland Open Air Market. I was able to go around, look at other vendor’s booths, and found a few things I fell in love with.
Our wood work has hair sticks, I have used the plastic one in the passed, However , his work the best and hold my hair great and that is saying a lot since my hair never stays in places,
Tub-Time Treasures have surge scrub it either comes a liquid or sold form, I was able to try both and I have to say that the sold surge scrub did wonder on my feet and the liquid work great on my skin.
There was another soap maker there, that was working on a new chap stick and she gave me a sample. I am in love with this Chap Stick and hope that she brings it out as a normal product to her line of bath and beauty supplies. This work betters then any of the store bought brand that I have tried in the passed. The Chap Stick also last long then any of the store brand I have bought. I go throw about two tubs of store bought chap stick a week and her I have not even touched and I use it a few times a day.
OK so what new with the Scrap Studio we are working on many new products, last weekend we brought out our 3- D snowflake and they look like they may be a hit. I will be making more of them up. We are also working on a few things for the Red Hat Ladies. I will get some photos of sometime this week.

The Sutherlin town wide yard sale was held yesterday. We had a great turnout. Most of our regular Wednesday vendors showed up with their items to sell.
The Sutherlin Rodeo was going on this weekend. It looked like everyone had a great time. The parade looked fun.
I wish I had brought my camera yesterday, but as I am not a morning person, I left it at home in my rush to get to the event.
This will be a long week getting ready for both the Sutherlin Farmers Market Wednesday and the Oakland Open Air Market Saturday. There is a lot going on; will try to update Tuesday and Friday when new updates are available.

Sneak Preview
I have spent the past few weeks working hard at developing new products for your review. This week we have 2 altered journals, a 4x4 mini book in an Asian theme, and some bookmarks made from scrap paper. We have started working on some samples for custom orders. So far I have created two wedding favor boxes and one gift bag, and I will be working on more this week.
The Scrap Studio is happy to announce that we now have an exhibit each Saturday, beginning July 24th, at the Oakland Open Air Market from 9 am-2 pm. This will give you another chance to see our work.
This Saturday we will be participating in the Sutherlin town-wide yard sale, located in the Book Gallery parking lot. We expect to have new products available for this event as well. I plan to post a complete list of what is new on Friday night.

Sutlerlin Farmers Market
I would like to start tonight’s post by apologize for not getting yesterdays sneak preview up. I was invited to SACI meeting and the Chamber of Commerce meetings, so I did not get home until after 9 p.m. . I am hoping next week to get the sneak preview up on time.
Today’s Sutherlin farmers market was great, many more people are finding out about the farmers market. It is great when the community comes out and supports the local farmer and artist that are doing the Market. We do hope to grow quite a bit more and hope to see you all there soon. We should have some more vendors out next week as well.
I did take my camera out this week and was able to take photos of some of the products that we are offering at the farmers market.

Our First Farmers Market
Our First showing at the farmers market went well. We were able to meet a lot of the other vendor’s and customers. We would like to thank everyone who stopped by our booth last Wednesday for their support.

Welcome to the Scrap Studio Blog
The Scrap Studio is a small home based company out of Sutherlin Oregon, We specialize in Custom, and Pre made Paper crafts.
At this time, we do not have an online store. However, we are hoping to have one up and running in the next 6 months. At this time, we are only showing at the Sutherlin Farmers Market at 220 West Central Ave. in the Book Gallery’s Parking Lot. The Farmers Market is Wednesday from 2pm-6pm
